ONLINE SALES POLICY

We accept returns for a one time exchange for another dress!

Most special occasion stores do not accept returns. We realize that even with the best intentions in estimating your size and viewing the dress online, there may be an instance that the item you purchased is not as expected. We want to give you the opportunity to get a dress that looks and feels good on you. However accessories including shoes, jewelry and spanx are considered FINAL SALE! No refund will be made on these items!

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Your merchandise must be post marked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization number from us.

We do not accept returns  on shoes, jewelry, handbags, undergarments, etc. These items are considered FINAL SALES!

PROM SCHOOL REGISTRY

We register one dress in one color to each school prom. If the dress you choose is already registered to your school, we are not able to sell it to you. If this becomes a problem, we will work with you on another style or color! If ordering online, please list your school name and prom attending in the correct field so we can register your dress!

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is free within the Continental U.S. All shipments are sent through The United States Postal Service - priority mail. All packages are insured and require a signature to insure proper delivery. WE ALSO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY FOR A $50 CHARGE!

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you would like to exchange an item for any reason you must return the original item to us per our return policy above. Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, you will be issued a dress credit to be used  on another dress of equal or greater value! No money will be given back! You are allowed to exchange a dress one time only! After your one time exchange your order is considered a FINAL SALE!

 

EXCHANGING YOUR DRESS

To redeem your exchange credit, when checking out - enter your information the same way you entered it on your first order, so when we process your order your exchange amount will appear. 

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST

To receive your return authorization number, please call or email us. Your return authorization number must be on the outside of the box.

 

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

 

  • PLEASE NOTE: Once we receive your order we will automatically authorize your credit card to make sure funds are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order, your card will not be charged.
  • You have 5 days to return your item. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your expense.
  • The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained or tampered with in any way will not receive credit in any form.
  • You are responsible for the shipping charges back to our store. Shipping charged are non refundable.
  • All merchandise is thoroughly inspected both before leaving our store and before being accepted by our returns department to assure the quality of the dresses we receive.
