Online Sales Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Once you place your order your credit card will be authorized for the amount of the order but your credit card will not be charged unless we can fulfill your order. You will receive a confirmation regarding shipping of your order as soon as possible. We will not place an order unless we can have the dress ready for shipping at least 6 weeks before your wear date. All orders can be shipped for free to either home or store. However if you have a close wear date and the item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer directly additional shipping charges may apply to get the dress to you on time. Dresses can be sent back for an exchange dress of equal or lesser value. Keep in mind if you are within driving distance of our store you will not only have the availability of our sales consultants when you try on your dress but also our huge inventory in case an exchange is needed. After receiving your dress, you will have 5 days to notify us that you would like an exchange on your dress . The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained or tampered with in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to you. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to our store. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected both before leaving our store and before being accepted by our returns department to assure the quality of the dresses we receive.
Shipping/Handling is free within the 48 contiguous states on all regular priced items. Discounted and promotional items will be charged a $20 fee for shipping/handling. All shipments are sent using The United States Postal Service - priority mail. All packages are insured and require a signature to insure proper delivery. We Ship Internationally for a fee of $50.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM ONLINE
If you would like to exchange an item for any reason you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Your merchandise must be post marked within 3 days of your item being delivered. You are responsible for all charges occured when shipping the item back to our store. Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, you will be issued a dress exchange credit to be used on another dress of equal or lesser value. When you use your exchange credit, you will be charged a $20 shipping fee, to cover the cost for shipping the new item to you. No money will be given back. You are allowed to exchange a dress one time only. After your one time exchange your order is considered a Final Sale.
EXCHANGING YOUR DRESS
To redeem your exchange credit, when checking out - enter your information the same way you entered it on your first order, so when we process your order your exchange amount will appear. You can also call our Customer Service Department at 508-677-1575.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
To receive your return authorization number, please call at 508-677-1575 or email us. Your return authorization number must be on the outside of the box.
