Our sales consultants can help you choose a style that flatters you, the color that goes exceptional with your skin tone and the size to make you look and feel beautiful on your special occasion. Here are some helpful tips that will help prepare you during your shopping experience! We invite you back as many times as you'd like to review and try on dresses. Although our store does not run by appointments, we always have a sales consultant on that can assist you in finding your dress! Start shopping and trying things on sooner than later. Even if you are not at your ideal size, it's a great way to see what you like on your body type. Try things on that may not appeal to you while on the hanger; the gown will be more flattering on your body. All styles shown on our website are available either in stock or by ordering. Dress orders can take on average 2-12 weeks to arrive. There are some manufacturers with styles that may have shorter delivery times and in some cases we can apply a rush for an additional fee. Orders are not placed until both measurements and a deposit are received. When ordering, we have to order the size that fits your largest body measurement and in most cases alterations will occur. Alterations are included with selected designers. If your designer does not include alterations, we do have a referral list with two seamstresses' located directly in our building. If your style is not available in our store to try on, we do order ON APPROVAL. On Approval ordering is when we take your measurements' and order you the dress in your size and color. Once the dress arrives in store, you come in and try it on, if the dress is not what you envisioned, you are not obligated to purchase it! (See a sales consultant for more details!) The price you see online is not necessarily the price you will see in store due to sales and in store promotions. If you see a lower price somewhere else - WE MATCH & COMPARE PRICES!
